Security
Please note that even if you decide to make a credit card donation online, your card details are not entered or stored on our website, nor are these details revealed to us.

After indicating your intention to make a credit card donation, you will be seamlessly transferred to a certified 'Verified by Visa' and 'Securecode' enabled payment gateway – Virtual Card Services (VCS) – to input your card number, expiry date, etc. The company protects the security of information during transmission with 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information supplied by the cardholder. Encryption complies with international standards.

VCS servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems. The company registration documents and the site's registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte.

Refunds
Should you wish for any reason to cancel your online donation, you may do so within seven (7) days and receive a full refund (less bank charges). Kindly notify us of any refund required by emailing fundraising@nazhouse.co.za

We may from time to time send e-mail giving feedback on our work and announcing new projects and appeals for support. You may opt-out of receiving these emails at any time. To remove your name from our e-mail list, please send an email to candice.naidoo@dmi.co.za with 'remove' in the subject line.
